Attention to the candidate is at least as important to me as a pleasant co-operation with my customer.

I don’t make it a purpose to use a method. I do however make it a purpose to make contact. That is the reason I leave the resume on the side in a conversation.

A candidate's profile will be sent to the customer only after the candidate's approval. If I don’t have a concrete opportunity I will look out for one.
